Key Responsibilities: Monitor accounts for compliance with credit policies
Review aging lists and credit warning reports
Investigate past due accounts, budgets, and Non-Sufficient Funds
Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
Resolve inquiries and manage incoming calls
Requirements: Ideally three years’ credit or accounts receivable experience
Solid time management and organizational skills
Accuracy handling large volumes of data
Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
