As a Caseworker on a 12-month contract, you will support reimbursement processes across patient support workflows. The work includes perks documentation, case updates, follow-up activities, and reimbursement communications. You will maintain accurate records while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and follow-up activities
Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps

Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators
Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Two or more years in reimbursement or patient services
Experience in healthcare support, case coordination, or claims support
Certification in reimbursement support or patient access preferred
Experience with customer support or service management preferred
