You will support students with disabilities, help teachers organize learning, and follow Individual Education Plans. The work includes scaffolding tasks, directing small groups, and supporting student independence within a Christ-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support students with disabilities during classroom learning activities
Prepare learning materials and classroom environments
Direct small groups and scripted programming
Provide transition, recess,



and self-regulation support
Collect observations and evidence of student progress
Requirements: Ability to model a safe, trusted Christian example
Ability to support academic, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
Ability to follow IEP and SBT interventions
Willingness to attend IEP meetings and maintain documentation
