Key Responsibilities: Conduct physical and psychiatric assessments
Administer depot psychotropic injections
Provide medication reconciliation and health teaching
Coordinate appointments and community referrals
Respond to urgent health concerns using harm reduction
Requirements: Registered Practical Nurse diploma
Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
Current CPR certificate
Valid driver’s licence, vehicle, and required insurance
