Coordinate construction projects in Toronto while developing drawings, scheduling, and field coordination skills through Bird’s student co-op program.

This Student Project Coordinator co-op supports current construction projects for an eight, twelve, or sixteen month term. You will independently manage an assigned responsibility with Supervisor and Technical Mentor support. The work includes project coordination, field activities, scheduling, and construction documentation. Candidates may study Civil, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or Construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate drawings, trades, and work-specific project scopes
- Review trade quotes, quantities, hours, and rates
- Conduct deficiency walks and update deficiency logs




- Perform quantity takeoffs and verify site conditions
- Create, update, and maintain project schedules

Requirements:

- Current enrollment in a related education program
- At least one semester remaining after internship completion
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Current transcript included with application
