Support public-sector clients at MFA in Associate Client Services, using Excel, communication, and careful transaction processing on a Monday-Friday schedule.

The Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia supports public institutions through borrowing solutions, investment funds, and career development. As an Associate, you will handle client enquiries, process investing and borrowing transactions, and contribute to daily activities and longer-term projects. You will also support accurate reporting and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client enquiries as an initial point of contact
- Process transactions across investing and borrowing programs
- Prepare accurate reports with careful due diligence




- Support client relationship management and product development
- Provide backup support and complete assigned project work

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, investing, or economics
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Database or CRM systems experience and comfort
- Three years of client service experience would be an asset
