CBI Home Health is hiring a Clinic Nurse for Hagersville and surrounding areas. Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses apply wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication administration, palliative care, and health teaching. A person and family centered approach guides collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide care in homes, clinics, and community locations
Apply wound care and IV therapy skills
Administer medication and provide tube feeding
Deliver palliative and paediatric care
Guide clients toward resources supporting their goals
Requirements: Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Maintain professional liability insurance
Hold a valid license and insured reliable vehicle
Complete required criminal record and TB checks
Work three to five days plus on-call rotation
Bring nursing expertise, collaborative care, and community travel readiness to CBI Home Health’s Hagersville clinic service.
