Alt Hotel Calgary University District, part of Germain Hotels, is seeking a Guest Services Team Leader to oversee the front office on shift and ensure exceptional guest service. You will train and mentor staff, coordinate tasks, and drive efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualified candidates will have a hospitality diploma, solid problem-solving and communication skills, and supervisory experience.
