WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for two Shift Supervisors to join our Grocery & Front-End department within our Food Centre located at 2132 Keating XRd, Saanichton BC , BC. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is:

Available to work any day of the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused

Confident and a reliable leader who can support the team

Can make decisions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and supports daily store operations, including stocking, merchandising, and safety procedures

Able to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead shifts and support daily operations

Coach and support team members to help them succeed in their roles

Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintain a protected environment

Address performance and safety concerns while communicating clearly with the team





Confidently assist customers

Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products

Stock and merchandise shelves accurately

Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site

Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards

Safely and effectively operate required equipment

Follow all safety procedures
