What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Bayshore team, you'll:

Deliver quality men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services
Consult with guests to understand their preferred styles
Provide a friendly, professional experience that keeps guests coming back
Recommend grooming products suited to each guest's needs
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Collaborate with your teammates to keep the shop running smoothly
Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, and products

What We're Looking For
We're looking for Barbers and Hairstylists who have:

Ontario Hairstylist (332A) certification or registered apprenticeship
Experience with men's haircuts, fades, and grooming services
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of current men's grooming styles and techniques
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
