MBCI is a Christ-centered middle and secondary school focused on learning, growth, faith, leadership, and community. This Educational Assistant term begins immediately, with possible continuation. The successful candidate supports students with learning and behavioural needs while collaborating with teachers on daily programs and care.
Key Responsibilities: Support students with learning needs and behavioural needs
Collaborate with teachers on daily programs
Provide care for students across school activities
Support literacy learning, self-regulation, and study skills




Help create an exceptional Christian learning community
Requirements: Commitment to Christian Education from an Anabaptist Perspective
Active membership in a Christian church
Excellent reading, writing, organizational, and communication skills
Sensitivity, diplomacy, adaptability, and stress-management ability
Previous experience beneficial; certification is an asset
