Teach Montessori Casa students at Peace of Mind Montessori School in Oakville using classroom management and prepared environments. This is a full time position.
The Casa Montessori Teacher presents lessons across curriculum areas while supporting children’s independence and socialization. The position includes preparing individualized materials, maintaining classroom cleanliness, and following health and safety protocols. Teachers also build cooperative relationships with students, parents, and co-teachers.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare enhanced classroom environments for individual student needs
Present lessons across all Montessori curriculum areas
Encourage individual work and group socialization
Conduct parent and teacher interviews
Maintain classroom cleanliness and documentation
Requirements: MACTE-accredited Montessori certification
Preferred three years of teaching experience
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification
Updated immunization and current TB screening
Criminal Reference Check for the Vulnerable Sector
