Map Scotiabank Arena’s event operations with AutoCAD as an MLSE intern in Toronto. Document spaces, assets, workflows, and game configurations accurately.
As part of MLSE’s Event Operations team, you will support the Event Ready framework for Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors games. This internship translates walkthroughs, procedures, standards, and stakeholder feedback into visual documentation. Your work will complement the Venue Operations Handbook and support consistent arena operations.
Key Responsibilities: Translate operational requirements into drawings, layouts, and maps
Identify intended uses and configurations of venue spaces
Document workflows, responsibilities, timing, and operational locations
Validate drawings against actual event-day conditions




Support workflow, staging, storage, and asset improvements
Requirements: Enrollment in architecture, construction management, or related studies
Ability to independently create and organize 2D drawings
Ability to translate field conditions into accurate documentation
Technical aptitude, attention to detail, and spatial awareness
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
Bring technical drawing, spatial understanding, and communication skills to MLSE’s Scotiabank Arena operations documentation.
