Key Responsibilities: Attract, hire, and train committed Team Members
Develop, retain, and coach Team Members consistently
Partner on annual and quarterly growth strategies
Achieve revenue, conversion, loyalty, and labour targets
Uphold presentation standards and merchandising opportunities
