You will deliver compassionate nursing care, complete assessments, RAPS, and care plans, and support resident self-care. The position requires communication, documentation, and guidance for unregulated care workers.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments
Complete assessments, RAPS, and individualized care plans
Promote resident self-care, wellness, and preventative health education




Document concerns and communicate with residents, families, and teams
Guide, train, and educate unregulated care workers
Requirements: Current Ontario Registered Practical Nurse registration
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate
Current Medication Administration Certificate
At least one year of geriatric nursing experience
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check and Canadian work eligibility
