As a Member Services Representative, you will support Crunch’s fitness community through customer service, sales follow-up, and member engagement. The position includes managing accounts, booking Crunch One Kick Offs, handling calls, and communicating club services. You will also maintain facility standards and address member requests.
Key Responsibilities: Attract current business through referrals, outreach, and telephone inquiries
Follow up consistently on sales leads and trial pass calls
Manage member accounts and book Crunch One Kick Offs




Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
Communicate events, services, programs, and schedules clearly
Requirements: At least one year of service-oriented experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to exceeding expectations
CPR/AED certification required within thirty days if needed
Ability to lift or move up to fifty pounds
Support Crunch Fitness members through customer service, sales communication, account management, and consistent facility engagement.
