Coordinate community engagement onsite in Toronto using facilitation and health promotion skills with WoodGreen’s grassroots senior-serving partners.As Community Engagement Coordinator, you will support the Outreach to Diverse Seniors program at WoodGreen Community Services. The contract role works collaboratively with Outreach Team staff and community stakeholders.
