We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to contribute to an exceptional guest experience. Facility Support We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and serene environment for our guests. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has prior custodial or maintenance experience, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, takes initiative, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Facility Support is also a guest-facing position. Team members must be comfortable interacting with guests, answering questions, providing basic directions,



and responding with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. We are looking for someone who understands that maintaining the space and caring for the people in it are equally important.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness across all guest and employee areas (e.g., saunas, cold plunge, steam room, locker rooms, restrooms, tea lounge, stairways, entrance, exterior space)
- Regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, squeegeeing, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and restocking supplies
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and rolling towels and robes and linens
- Support with facility upkeep such as garbage removal, pool circulation, and minor equipment care
- Follow daily cleaning checklists and ensure all areas meet SANA's cleanliness standards
- Assist with deliveries and storage, and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Remain attentive to the condition of the facilities and proactively address cleaning or maintenance needs throughout the shift.
- nteract with guests in a friendly, courteous, and qualified manner, answering questions and directing them when needed.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a welcoming, calm,



and well-organized environment.

Qualifications:

- At least one year of janitorial, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks.
- Comfortable speaking with guests, answering questions, and providing helpful, courteous service.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and move for extended periods, and work in temperature-variable environments, including sauna areas.
- Willingness to work in a wet environment and follow established cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Availability for one or both of the following shift schedules:
- Morning shift: Weekday shifts starting at 6:00am, weekends 8 am.
- Evening shift: Shifts that may run as late as 1:00am.
- These are separate shifts, not a single continuous shift. Please indicate your availability for morning and/or evening shifts when applying. Weekend will also be required based on scheduling needs.
