Role Name: SAP Consultant OTC/SD Work Site: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid) SAP SD 10 Years SAP experience in implementation / support / rollout projects. Exposure of project implementation methodologies & ITIL processes. Implement and Support the SAP solution Work on support engagement and resolve tickets, knowledge of SLAs / RCA. Should be an individual Contributor and team player Graduate or Post Graduation or Professional Certification Relevant SAP Certification Domain experience/exposure Adaptable to work in different time zones Detailed sub-modules in SAP SD. ASAP Methodology ITIL Methodology SD Organization Structure SD Master Data Sales Order Processing Deliver Processing Shipment Processing Invoice Processing Userexits, VOFM Routines and Customer Exits SD Tables and Structures
