- Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately, answer menu questions, and provide helpful recommendations.
- Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat visits.
- Ensure every guest leaves with a great impression of Brooklyn Dumpling Shop. Food Preparation & Restaurant Operations
- Prepare, cook, and serve menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, consistency, and freshness.
- Follow established food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
- Operate restaurant equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations.
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily operational tasks.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
- Support all areas of restaurant operations as needed. Teamwork & Accountability
