At Justworks, the International Consultant serves as a subject matter expert for customers expanding into international markets. You will guide complex employment decisions, including separations, perks, regulatory compliance, and country-specific requirements. The work requires consultative communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with Legal, Product, Operations, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on EOR services across varying Americas regulatory environments
Recommend solutions for cross-border employment, terminations, and labor standards
Interpret regulatory shifts with Legal, Product, and Operations partners




Manage sophisticated Americas-specific needs for high-value accounts
Translate complex regulations into clear, actionable customer guidance
Requirements: Eight or more years in customer-facing international HR roles
Deep EOR expertise and two years managing complex issues
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills
International employment compliance knowledge across Canada and LATAM
Familiarity with JIRA, Zendesk, or Notion is helpful
Apply international HR expertise, EOR knowledge, and consultative judgment to support compliant customer expansion across the Americas.
