As an Outreach Specialist, you will engage software users and gather reviews for the platform. You will collaborate with clients, Sales, and Data Operations while researching audiences and testing review-generation methods. The work supports software vendors and end-user communities through stronger data quality and quantity.
Key Responsibilities: Lead data collection campaigns across email and social media
Align campaign objectives with clients, Sales, and Data Operations
Research software user audiences and recent review methods
Handle inquiries about reviews, rewards claims,



and support
Report metrics, identify trends, and contribute to special projects
Requirements: At least one year in administration, marketing, or related fields
Strong business and information technology acumen
Self-motivated, task-oriented, and results-driven approach
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and technology adaptability
Organization, communication, persistence, and attention to detail
