Sherwood Park-Strathcona County Primary Care Network seeks an experienced, patient-focused LPN for a permanent part time family medicine clinic role. You will work with family physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, provide health education, and coordinate follow-up. Primary care experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care within LPN scope
Administer immunizations and injections
Perform wound care and dressing changes
Provide diabetes education and prenatal support
Maintain accurate electronic medical records
Requirements: Hold Alberta LPN licensure in good standing
Maintain current Basic Life Support certification
Bring minimum three years of nursing experience
Demonstrate evidence-based nursing practice knowledge
