Support AMA’s financial reporting as a Financial Analyst in a hybrid work model. Bring accuracy, accounting knowledge, and transparent communication to essential reporting work.
Reporting to the Manager, Finance, this position prepares financial reporting, updates year-end disclosures, and supports timely statements. You will review accountants’ technical work, explain complex financial concepts, and provide recommendations. Continuous improvement also strengthens processes, controls, and financial practices.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare financial reporting and update year-end disclosures
Ensure financial statements are published timely
Review and guide accountants’ technical work
Prepare analysis and recommendations for senior leadership




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
Minimum three years of progressive finance experience
CPA or another designation is an asset
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
Apply accounting expertise, communication, and reporting discipline to support AMA’s financial statements and stakeholder disclosures.
