This Maintenance Technician performs routine minor maintenance under the Manager, Operations or Manager, Landscaping Operations. The work covers non-structural repairs, installations, inspections, cleaning, and exterior upkeep. Strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving support reliable property operations.
Key Responsibilities: Perform minor plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and drywall repairs
Replace light fixtures, ceiling tiles, carpeting, and ceramic tiles
Maintain repair logs and general building safety records
Inspect roofs, drains, leaks, and non-vital building systems




Complete grounds cleaning, mowing, snow removal, and landscaping
Requirements: Minimum two years of relevant general maintenance experience
Excellent organizational skills for maintenance activities and records
Positive problem-solving skills when addressing property repairs
Ability to prioritize daily maintenance requirements
Neat appearance of person and uniform
Use practical repair, inspection, organization, and groundskeeping skills to maintain property conditions and support tenants and visitors.
