WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Coordinating care packages and supporting our care workers
Managing rotas and making sure shifts are safely covered
Matching carers with the needs of our clients
Communicating with clients, families and professionals
Responding to changes and solving problems quickly
Helping ensure our clients receive SECURE, PERSON-CENTRED AND HIGH-QUALITY CARE
Supporting our team to deliver the best possible service every day
