This Customer Experience Associate supports TD Bank’s Personal and Commercial Banking customers at the branch. You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, and create positive interactions. The role requires accurate transactions, clear communication, discretion, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and other financial transactions
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve customer concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions while completing timely business processes




Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use
Accurate, detail-oriented, calm, and effective communication skills
