OneSky Community Resources Society seeks a Site Leader with childcare supervision experience and demonstrated organizational skills. You will promote social, physical, emotional, cognitive, and cultural development for each child. You will also support personnel development, continuous quality improvement, inclusion, and effective relationships with families and community partners.
Key Responsibilities: Promote children’s social, physical, emotional, cognitive, and cultural growth
Create a welcoming, organized, stimulating program centre
Support personnel training and professional development




Mediate problems and design remedies with stakeholders
Collaborate with community partners supporting children and families
Requirements: Early Childhood Education certificate or progress toward certification
Knowledge of family systems and special needs conditions
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and team-building capacity
Valid Class 4 British Columbia driver’s license, as applicable
Bring inclusive leadership, child development knowledge, and collaborative supervision to OneSky’s Penticton childcare program.
