The Cargo Network Coordinator manages daily activities under the Cargo Network Manager’s direction. This position supports flight capacity utilization, operational performance, and customer service through collaboration with Flight Operations, stations, warehouses, and Customer Service. Accurate cargo data and transparent communication remain central.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Flight Operations, stations, and warehouse personnel
Follow up on urgent and special cargo shipments
Analyze cargo volumes and recommend process improvements
Assist with complex customer inquiries and complaints




Maintain accurate cargo management system data
Requirements: Minimum two to three years of logistics or freight experience
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Customer-focused and team-oriented collaboration
Support reliable cargo execution through logistics knowledge, analytical problem-solving, planning, and effective stakeholder communication at Air Inuit.
