Coordinate warehouse operations at night for Hilton Foods Canada, focusing on resource allocation, productivity, documentation, and secure working practices. This is an on-site role.
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor supports the Operations Manager and covers the Warehouse Team Manager when required. You oversee shift activity, lead warehouse and logistics teams, communicate priorities, and coordinate training. Success includes meeting operational KPIs, intake performance, DOT performance, and maintaining audit-ready standards.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain oversight during loading, unloading, and warehouse activities
Resolve space constraints and delivery documentation discrepancies
Provide supervisory support during peak periods




Ensure procedures and PPE requirements are followed
Recommend practical process improvements across relevant departments
Requirements: Ability to manage competing shift priorities effectively
Ability to communicate across all business levels
Commitment to clean, tidy, and safe environments
Ability to follow health and safety instructions
Availability to travel to the UK for training
