Key Responsibilities: Provide direct skilled patient and client care
Conduct ongoing client assessments
Prepare, administer, and document medications
Complete accurate, detailed, timely documentation
Follow infection control and Universal Precautions
Requirements: Active LPN license
Current CPR certification
Robust clinical skills
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Ability to work with little direct supervision
