The Project Administrator supports Rental and Market product departments while reporting to the Director Rental Products. You will standardize project documentation, maintain filing systems, and assist Operations throughout project phases. The work requires construction knowledge, precise records, and dependable communication with Project Managers and Coordinators.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain consistent filing systems with Project Managers and supervisors
Prepare and log accurate project files and documents
Track project budgets, schedules, and work plans
Prepare purchase orders, awards,



and change order requests
Assemble close-out drawings, manuals, warranties, and permits
Requirements: One to three years in Document Control or Project Administration
Construction industry experience across project phases
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Construction-related education or equivalent industry experience
Bring construction administration, document control, and reporting strengths to WestUrban’s Campbell River operations team supporting projects from startup through closeout.
