As a Production Machine Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in keeping our production running safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll operate key equipment, monitor performance, and work side-by-side with your team to deliver consistent results — every shift, every batch. - Operate, start up, and shut down plant equipment to keep production flowing smoothly.
- Monitor processes and respond quickly to maintain efficiency and meet daily targets.
- Package and move finished product to meet customer and operational requirements. Protect Quality at Every Step
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and quality standards to ensure consistent product integrity.
- Perform product checks and record results accurately.




- Support corrective actions when quality issues arise. Stay Safe, Look Out for Each Other
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper PPE use.
- Report and escalate risks, incidents, or unsafe conditions quickly.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture through active participation. Keep Improving Together
- Share ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- High school diploma; manufacturing experience (food or similar) is an asset
- Familiarity with HACCP or quality systems is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Solid teamwork, communication, and time management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and following detailed processes
