The Equipment & Retail Specialist supports guest satisfaction at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. The position combines technical shop duties, product knowledge, retail sales, inventory management, and lodge support. Schedules typically follow two weeks on and two weeks off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain skis, snowboards, poles, and bindings
- Adjust bindings and settings for guest needs
- Track equipment and retail inventory levels
- Manage retail displays and product knowledge
- Process transactions and support radio duty
Requirements:
- Three years of ski or snowboard shop experience
- One year of retail store experience
- Ordering and inventory management experience
- Class 4 Driver's License
- Salomon Certification considered an asset
