You will operate floor care equipment, follow schedules, prepare documentation, and respect Resident Rights and Responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas
- Follow assigned schedules and appropriate cleaning methods
- Operate steam cleaning equipment and floor care machines
- Strip, scrub, spray,
and buff carpet and non-carpet surfaces
- Adhere to safety rules and residence procedures
Requirements:
- Experience with standard institutional cleaning techniques
- Previous healthcare, commercial, or residential cleaning experience desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning and laundry procedures desirable
