Food Service Team Members prepare sushi and other menu items to company recipes and quality standards. The work includes food safety logs, kitchen operations, inventory organization, ordering assistance, and Bento data updates. Full training is provided, and prior sushi experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare sushi and menu items using company recipes
- Maintain food safety compliance and accurate logs
- Track daily production and support kitchen operations
- Receive, check, organize inventory, and assist ordering
- Coordinate sushi bar operations with store staff

Requirements:

- Food service experience required; sushi experience is an asset
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Robust teamwork and communication skills
- Comfort using basic technology for communication and training
- Ability to lift 20 kilograms and stand extended periods
