This Senior Project Coordinator supports a General Contractor delivering commercial, institutional, industrial, and multi-unit residential projects. The work spans procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout. You will coordinate stakeholders, schedules, costs, documentation, and field activities across concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support Project Managers delivering ICI and residential construction projects
Coordinate project activities from pre-construction through closeout
Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and document control
Track schedules, milestones, costs, invoices, and change orders




Coordinate trade contractors, consultants, clients, and site teams
Requirements: Five-plus years coordinating projects with a General Contractor
Experience delivering ICI construction projects
Experience supporting multi-unit residential developments
Postsecondary education in construction or related discipline
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, and construction software
Apply project coordination, cost tracking, procurement, and documentation expertise to Ontario construction projects with a General Contractor.
