Help customers operate ProAll’s advanced volumetric mixers through technical troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance guidance, and equipment training. The work includes field support and customer communication.
This Equipment Support Technician position supports mobile concrete mixer customers across multiple communication channels. You will address operational questions, investigate mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic problems, and assist with warranty and RMA matters. Training may occur in office or in customer-selected classrooms.
Key Responsibilities: Answer technical questions about mixer operation, calibration, and maintenance
Conduct on-site troubleshooting for operational issues and deficiencies
Support classroom and on-site customer training programs
Investigate parts needed for customer repairs and issues




Collaborate with engineering and quality control on quality concerns
Requirements: Trade certificate or minimum three to five years relevant experience
Troubleshooting expertise in hydraulic and electrical circuits valued
Mechanical or Electrical Technologist experience; C.E.T. certification an asset
Effective prioritization, multitasking, deadline management, and proactive problem solving
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bring technical troubleshooting, training, and communication strengths to customer support for ProAll’s mobile mixer equipment.
