Key Responsibilities: Advise members and clients on appropriate financial strategies
Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products
Manage relationships and assess satisfaction and service quality
Identify improvement areas through follow-up activities
Represent the caisse in community outreach activities
Requirements: College diploma in a related field
At least two years of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French
Action-oriented and customer-focused approach
Bring relationship management, financial advice, and product knowledge to Desjardins while balancing satisfaction, objectives, profitability, and risk.
