Nixa Public Schools is seeking a Missouri-certified Elementary Classroom Teacher for Grades K-6. This position requires planning, instruction, and assessment aligned with district curriculum. The teacher will integrate technology, apply formal and informal assessment strategies, and collaborate through grade-level, building, and qualified learning communities.
Key Responsibilities: Understand and implement Missouri Learning Standards
Apply research-based instructional strategies
Integrate technology into classroom instruction
Assess student learning through formal and informal methods




Collaborate in grade-level and building meetings
Requirements: Current Missouri Elementary Education B-3 or 1-6 certification
Willingness to collaborate with peers
Knowledge of PLCs or desire to learn them
Interest in learning Response to Intervention
Support for the District Comprehensive School Improvement Plan
