This leadership role combines recruiting, training, coaching, operational efficiency, sales, and productivity targets. You will build loyal customer relationships while maximizing store profitability.

Requirements: High school diploma required
Three to five years of management experience
Fashion clothing management experience preferred
Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
