Reporting to the BDC Manager, this position supports Dilawri’s Business Development Centre team. You will manage appointment coordination, service prospecting, customer follow-up, and incoming service assistance. The work supports customer retention, satisfaction, service revenue, and appointment show rates across supported dealerships.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate appointments for multiple dealership locations
Contact customers promptly about service needs
Assist incoming service customers by telephone
Complete multiple customer follow-up call types
Make at least 85 service calls daily
Requirements: Excel at customer service and telephone assistance
Use a explicit, pleasant telephone voice
Enter customer requests and information accurately
Learn multiple software applications
Previous service experience is an asset
