Coordinate business aviation flights for Skyservice using route planning, regulatory compliance, and exact operational communication. This position supports hybrid working arrangements.
As a Flight Coordinator, you will collaborate with flight crews and Client Account Managers across Skyservice’s fleet. You will manage trip planning from initial requests through post-flight duties, supporting safe, efficient, and client-focused operations. The work includes airport, customs, airspace, and permit coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Support flight crews and Account Managers throughout flight management
Complete routing and itineraries within duty-time regulations
Schedule customs notifications and international flight requirements
Monitor weather, airports, airspace,



and traffic restrictions
Review flight logs and complete post-trip duties
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or aviation management college diploma
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of CARs, FAA, and EASA is an asset
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organizational skills and adaptability under pressure
Support Skyservice flight operations through regulatory knowledge, organized planning, clear communication, and dependable aviation coordination.
