Support high-volume accounts payable and treasury operations at D-Wave Quantum Inc. in a detail-focused Finance Operations Analyst position.
This Analyst, Finance Operations role supports full-cycle payables under senior guidance. You will process multi-currency invoices, assist payment runs, and contribute to cash forecasting and bank reconciliations. The position supports accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across multiple entities and currencies.
Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume, multi-currency invoices with two-way and three-way matching
Allocate costs and follow approval policies and internal controls
Support payment runs through EFT, ACH, wires, and cheques
Reconcile vendors and investigate aging items for resolution




Maintain dashboards for payables and cash movement metrics
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
One-plus years in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or related finance
Working knowledge of payment processing and cash management
Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and lookups
Solid analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Apply accounting fundamentals, payment processing, and analytical skills to strengthen D-Wave’s multi-entity finance operations.
