Monitor Wyse’s metering network using dashboards, Excel, and remote diagnostic tools. Analyze connectivity, alerts, and device performance across properties.
The Network Operations Analyst provides front-line oversight of modems, gateways, repeaters, sub-meters, and related infrastructure. This position identifies failures, communication irregularities, and emerging service risks. You will investigate anomalies, coordinate corrective actions, and support reliable utility reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor meter connectivity and device performance across properties
Investigate alarms, signal loss, and data gaps
Perform first-line troubleshooting with remote tools
Coordinate technicians, contractors, vendors, and suppliers
Document incidents, interventions,



outcomes, and status updates
Requirements: Two years in network operations, utilities, or technical support
Knowledge of submetering, IoT devices, or utility infrastructure
Understanding of network-connected systems and incident response
Excellent Excel knowledge and solid computer skills
Familiarity with Jira, Zendesk, dashboards, and diagnostic tools
Apply network monitoring, incident response, Excel, and troubleshooting skills to support Wyse’s metering network reliability.
