Lead protected, accurate warehouse fulfillment at Mitten’s Edmonton branch, coordinating shipping execution, inventory control, labor, and floor-level safety compliance onsite.
The Branch Warehouse Supervisor owns daily physical fulfillment and warehouse execution. You will align picking, staging, and shipping with approved schedules while coordinating associates, inventory accuracy, and carrier pickups. The role partners with Branch Operations and the Branch Administrator to support customer commitments.
Key Responsibilities: Execute picking, staging, and shipping activities against approved schedules
Coordinate carrier pickups and outbound logistics execution
Lead, schedule, and direct warehouse associates
Maintain inventory accuracy through counts and discrepancy resolution




Investigate issues and implement corrective process improvements
Requirements: Two to four years in warehouse or distribution operations
Demonstrated leadership skills and workplace safety commitment
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
Proficiency with ERP, WMS, and standard office systems preferred
Ability to lift materials as required
Bring warehouse leadership, fulfillment coordination, inventory accuracy, and safety expertise to Mitten’s fully onsite Edmonton operation.
