You will apply structured problem solving, understand client business requirements, and design solutions for reporting and downstream systems. The position supports Acturis Toolkit development and client projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for clients using the Acturis Toolkit
Develop and maintain Toolkit data extraction capabilities
Investigate client data issues and coordinate diagnosis
Specify reporting solutions and required data structures




Lead client projects through development, testing, and support
Requirements: Degree in Math, Physics, Engineering, or another STEM discipline
Two to three years’ relevant insurance or software experience
Robust communication and client relationship-building skills
Logical, organized, practical, and confident approach
