The position supports accurate, standards-compliant publishing within an academic setting. You will coordinate authors, writers, reviewers, editors, and other stakeholders while maintaining current product information.
Key Responsibilities: Review products for format, copyright, and reproduction quality
Register and publish new or revised learning materials
Coordinate revisions and maintain accurate product versions
Apply security, watermarks,



and complete product data
Prepare copyright assignments and writer waivers
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree successfully completed
Minimum two years’ professional setting experience
Solid attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
Excellent grammar, spelling, and language knowledge
Experience using Salesforce CRM and database applications
Bring organized product coordination, publishing judgment, and data integrity skills to Ivey Publishing’s academic materials.
