Coordinate e-commerce operations and retail activities while monitoring online orders, website performance, and inventory across customer channels. This primarily office-based role supports digital and boutique execution.
As an E-Commerce and Retail Operations Coordinator, you will support daily operations across online and physical channels. You will work with boutiques, customer service, warehouse partners, HQ, and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include order flow, website updates, fulfillment, inventory, reporting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor online order flow and website performance
Support website testing and implementation of updates
Coordinate boutique transfers, replenishment, and cycle counts
Monitor fulfillment, returns, deliveries,



and inventory levels
Prepare recurring reports and support business initiatives
Requirements: Ability to work primarily in an office-based computer environment
Ability to manage digital documentation and detailed paperwork
Ability to lift, push, pull, and hold boxes and fixtures
Availability for 40 hours weekly as a full time employee
Availability for occasional additional hours during peak periods
Support e-commerce coordination, website operations, fulfillment, inventory, and reporting across online and retail channels.
