We are currently seeking a competent individual to fulfill the role of IT Security Analyst support the Crypto Operations team on a projected surge in certificate requests from the BAU contractor Pool.

Location:
-888 Birchmount Road Hybrid 2 Days per week
- Wednesday is mandatory. (Subject to policy changes) Contract Duration: 3 months Typical Day in Role:
- Responsible for executing end-to-end operational processes supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL/TLS certificates.
- Responsible for managing assigned service queues and requests in accordance with service commitments, operating procedures,



and quality standards.
- Responsible for coordinating request intake, validation, fulfillment, and closure through approved workflow and ticketing platforms (Service Now).
- Responsible for monitoring operational activities to identify service risks, bottlenecks, exceptions, and issues requiring escalation. Candidate Requirements/Must Have

Skills:

- 3 years of experience working with SSL/TLS certificates, and PKI concepts
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow platforms Nice-To-Have

Skills:

- Banking experience
- Spanish proficiency
